High-quality preschool is currently pursuing a common goal of world.The realization of this goal requires high-quality early childhood teachers as necessary to protect human.In order to promote the professional development of early childhood teachers,improve the overall quality of preschool institutions.America has long been the technical assistanceas the main way to promote the professional development of early childhood teachers.In recent years,all sectors of society pay more attention to the implementation of this approach.The preschool institutions of applicating Quality Rating and Improvement System are beginning to use this approach to improve the overall quality.In order to better implement technical assistance in nationwide,Association for the Education of Young Children and the National Center for Children in Poverty did a lot of study,and provided recommendations to states.In this paper,technical assistance connotation,meaning,types and the implementation are analyzed.Hoping to provide inspiration and reference for the implementation of early childhood teachers' professional development approach.As a way of early childhood teacher's professional development,Teachnical assistance has been increasingly concerned about the Unites States,early childhood teacher's professional development is a major issue faced by our country.So research on U.S.technical assistance can help our early childhood teacher's professional development.The background,in plement,and effect of technical assistance has been studied by many scholars.I will look at other aspects.This paper consists of five parts.The first part introduces the background of technical assistance has been prevailed.In order to comply with the policy-oriented early childhood education.respond to the objective needs of preschool teacher's professional development,and promote and facilitate the operation Quality Rating and Improvement System.Technical assistance has become popular in the United States.The second part describes the meaning and significance of the U.S.technical assistance.National Association for the Education of Young Children and National Asscciation of Child Care Resource and Referral Agencies made uniform definition of technical assistance.Technical assistance includes three types:mentoring,coaching,consultation.And played a positive role in improving and developing preschool teacher 's professional development and quality early childhood education institutions and assist's career.The third part describes three types of technical assistance,respectively from the content,relationship building and maintaining,implementation.And a comparative anslysis of the three types.The fourth part describes the implementation of technical assistance.as well as difficulties encountered in the implementation process and its solution strategy.And exporing the prospects for the implementation of technical assistance.Understand the purpose of the implementation of technical assistance,composition of participants and participating agencies,method of implementation,the number and frequency of implementation.Contributing to explore the difficulties encountered in the implementation process.The confusion of terminology and the lower the quality of facilitators hindered the implementation of technical assistance.Face over difficulties,the United States is actively exploing countermeasures.For example.Development and use of a unified national glossary,strengthen support and training facilitators,continue to investigation of technical assistance.The United States will pay more attation to the differences to help target,emphasis on technical assistance mode and content of the written,emphasis on develop the policy of technical assistance.The fifth part summarizes the enlightenment of technical assistance of U.S.to our early childhood teacher's professional development.In this paper,technical assistance connotation,meaning,types and the implementation are analyzed.Hoping to provide inspiration and reference for the implementation of early childhood teachers'professional development approach.First,expend early childhood teacher's professional development pathways;Secondly,focuse on early childhood teacher's professional development research methods;Once again,play the main role of government in early childhood teacher's professional development;Finally,unified definition of professional development related terms.
