The Investigation And Countermeasures Research Characteristic Project Of Middle And Primary School Sports’ Present Situation In Dalian

Since1993,The China Education Reform and Development Outline has put forwardthat primary and secondary schools should have their own characteristics, the characteristicsof school theory and the practice has become an emerging field of education science researchin China[1]. Thus, inheriting the essence of school Physical Education, developing the sportscharacteristics and outstanding campus sports culture have become the inevitable paths in theelementary and middle schools,reform and development. Therefore, through investigate theschools which have the characteristic sports programs,we could promote characteristicresearch in the development of the education career, it reflects the quality of the educationreform.In2009, Dalian area promotes and implements the "sports characteristics project ",ensure to get the kids to exercise an hour every day, at the same time gradually cultivatestudents from skill learning to interesting learning, aims to cultivate students not only formthe basic and effective sports skills, but also allow students to have positive healthy mind, sothat set up lifelong fitness sports thoughts. This paper uses literature method, questionnaireinvestigation and expert interview method,we visited the primary and secondary schoolswhich have sports characteristics project in Dalian area. Through the survey found that: thesports project in Dalian city has been fully carried out and achieved "a school a characteristic".due to these schools carried out the characteristics of project very early, the entire schoolteachers and students are all participate in the activities. They participate mainly in activitybreak and other activities time is complementary, these activities are according to our ownconditions and resource and choreographing capability of teachers and received therecognition from the leaders、teachers and students, so as to make the project carried up tonow. Through objective and in-depth analysis of the characteristics of primary and secondaryschools present situation, found that there are some problems. Such as: high school studentsfacing entrance pressure, extracurricular activities will reduce; Junior middle school studentsare in key period of puberty, although suited to their activities of the project are various, butto meet the needs of different students still is a big difficulty; Pupils have enough time, butpoor facilities and equipment,teachers’ limited ability and some other factors lead to theseactivities cant be implemented. However because of the short time,the appraisal system ofDalian city still lack of professionalism. So,for this problem,we bring up certain countermeasures, set up perfect evaluation system. Aimed at provide scientific basis andtheoretical reference for the development of the sports characteristic project.
