During the process of promoting Educational Informationalization and popularizing IT education, the practice of the IT curriculum has become a focus for most researchers and practitioners. Aiming at the practicing status of IT curriculum in Primary and Secondary schools in Gansu Province, through the way of talking, survey, documents, material-searching, questionnaire, inductive method, deductive method, and etc., the abstract summarizes the existing problem and puts out a series of tactics.The first part is an introduction, elaborating the reason of the theme selection, research background, present condition, purpose, significance, and methods of the thesis.The second part has explained the requests for teachers under Educational Informationalization background. By the way of survey, talking, and etc., the penman has done a lot of research on the practicing status of IT curriculum in twenty-seven Primary and Secondary schools in GanSu Province, and also summarized the existing problems and difficulties.The third part is an important one. It has put out seven pieces of tactics for the instruction of IT curriculum in Primary and Secondary schools. First , changing the ideas of the leaders, teachers and students, letting them realize the importance of IT Education. Second, teachers should enhance the design of IT curriculum through the following four aspects: the decision of instructional objectives, the selection of instructional contents, the application of instructional methods and the establishment of instructional evaluation system. Third, Universities and Colleges should set up IT Education subject, cultivating special teachers to make up for the lack of IT education teachers. Fourth, enhancing the IT training for teachers and putting out two training models. Fifth, strengthening the construction of IT textbooks and meet the needs of instruction. Sixth, improving the relation between the teachers and the students and creating afriendly ambience. Seventh, organizing the communication of instructional experience periodically.The fourth part has given a summary. Based on the achievements, the abstract has put out the deficiency in the thesis and pointed out the direction of the farther research about the thesis.
