Compulsory education is the foundation-laying project to bring up talents and improve the quality of the people,and it is the most important part of educational work.As an important part of basic education,music education in primary and secondary schools bears the responsibility of expanding children's musical vision,cultivating their ability of perception and appreciation of music,and forming a correct aesthetic outlook,artistic outlook and values.It is also the mission of ultimately laying a good foundation for their lifelong development.As the main implementers of primary and secondary school music education,whether the primary and secondary school music teachers can assume this important task depends on their comprehensive ability and professional accomplishment.It can also be said that the overall ability of the music teacher determines the overall quality of music class.In view of the specific research objects,we should deeply understand the current situation of music education in primary and secondary schools,master the first-hand information of music in primary and secondary schools in Ji Ning District,and study and analyze the problems existing in the development of music teachers in these schools and put forward positive development on this basis.The countermeasures have important practical significance for improving the professional skills,education and teaching ability of primary and secondary school music teachers as well as promoting the higher vocational colleges to better educate the pre-service professional education of primary and middle school music teachers.Taking the primary and secondary schools(public schools)in JINING district as an example,taking the professional development of primary and secondary school music teachers as the basic point,this study adopts the methods of literature collection,questionnaire survey,interview and observation.The specialized development of primary and secondary schoolmusic teachers in JINING district is studied in this paper.It is divided into the following parts.Firstly,clarifying the concept of specialization and teacher specialization,and discussing the connotation of music teacher professional development combined with the professional standards of primary and secondary school teachers.Secondly,combined with the research data from the aspects of professional attitude,professional knowledge,professional ability,professional development and cooperation,the author studies the present situation of the specialization of music teachers in primary and secondary schools in Jining District.This paper analyzes the practical problems of music teachers in primary and secondary schools in Jining District,such as weak consciousness of professional development,single knowledge structure,insufficient mastery of professional skills,low research level and lack of professional cooperation consciousness are analyzed.Thirdly,in view of the main problems,this paper puts forward two aspects,including pre-service professional training and on-the-job professional promotion to improve the professional literacy of primary and secondary school music teachers in Jining District.The pre-service professional training should lay a good foundation for the professional development of music teachers in primary and secondary schools on the basis of accurately positioning the training objectives,paying attention to practical teaching,strengthening students' comprehensive ability to teach,and so on.This paper probes into the countermeasures from three aspects: individual,school and government,in order to promote the professional development of music teachers in local primary and secondary schools and improve the quality of music education in local primary and secondary schools.
