Research On Training Of Agricultural Vocational Mode Fujian

In recent years, with the deep reform of our province in agriculture and the ruraleconomy taking place, agricultural industry structure upgrading, agricultural science andtechnology content improving, Agricultural export-oriented and association degreeincreasing, internationalization and modernization becoming the main stream anddirection of agricultural development, the demand for high skilled talents in agriculture ismore and more. In the party and the state policy for developing higher occupationeducation guidance and promotion, our province agricultural higher vocational educationhas a new and rapid development, that played an irreplaceable role in high-qualityagricultural laborers and a positive role in promoting the development of agriculture andrural economy. At present, due to many factors, talents training in Higher VocationalColleges of agriculture in our province in the implementation process still exist manyproblems. How to build an efficient mode in cultivating talent, high-quality personnel forthe development of agriculture and rural economy, become an important problem to besolved. This paper attempts to study from this point of view, first defined the agriculturalhigher vocational training target and pattern, and analyzed mode of higher vocationaltalents training home and abroad. Finally, according to the interview questionnaire andpersonal appearance that we had a detailed status of the agricultural vocational in ourprovince,we puts forward the construction of Agricultural Higher Vocational TalentsTraining Mode our province.
