As it’s characteristic, the cultivation mode should give full play to the successful practices and experiences from colleges and universities, besides, inherit the excellent tradition and political superiority. Inherit through both superiority resources to innovate. It is the most most prominent feature of cultivation mode of National Defense Oriented Graduates.Jiangxi Province has a glorious and revolutionary tradition. It is also a large recruiting province. In recent years, there are more and more collaboration between a certain colleges and universities in Jiangxi Province and South China Sea Fleet to investigate cultivation mode for National Defense Oriented Students together, which has achieved preliminary success. Mainly reflects in improving political and military quality of National Defense Oriented Students, who have gradually gotten society recognition. The success due to more attention that paid by South China Sea Fleet in the field of organization establishing, personnel arrangement, infrastructure construction and funding through the cooperation with Nanchang University, Nanchang Hangkong University,and East China Institute of Technology. It helps National Defense Oriented Students construct strong honor and belonging. Meanwhile, it has some issues as well as shortages in the aspects of ideological education, personnel management, curriculum provision, army demand and psychological diathesis of National Defense Oriented Students, which need to be improved and elevated during our work.This dissertation proposes countermeasure on cultivation mode for National Defense Oriented Graduates of Marine Army in Jiangxi Province. In the aspect of concept, it should more emphasize on the main role of college education, forming education. In the aspect of method, it should more emphasize on Chinese ancient military patriotism and self-education compared with ordinary college students. In the aspect of education content, it should more emphasize on political nature, discipline concept, military devoting spirit.
