In recent years, our country’s higher vocational colleges mental health education has achieved initial results, mainly reflected in the continuous improvement of mental health education, and continuously enhance the degree of attention, teachers must strengthen the teaching level, increase steadily, the psychological quality of the students and other comprehensive quality improve. This is due to the extensive concern of the whole societyand the joint efforts of the psychological health education of college students, has made great progress thanks to the University education. At the same time, we have to be aware that, higher vocational colleges have great deficiency and disparity in mental health education, can not meet thesocial, school, teachers and students on the college students’psychological health education needs and expectations.Compared with foreign countries, the mental health education in Chinastarted late, the lack of experience, system mechanism is not perfect, which allows us to psychological health education in theoretical discussion and empirical research problems, outstanding performance in the idea and model discussion on psychological health education of many, to explore the effectiveness of the mode of less; sample selection, sample depth excavation and analysis of foreign advanced theory; more attention toteaching, experience summary to make a long story short, less; as avocational college mental health education workers, the author thinks,should always put the "primary standard of people-oriented" as efficacyevaluation model of psychological health education., should fully pay attention to the mode of college mental health education theory, empirical study and effect evaluation model. From the teaching practice, will solve in psychological health education of college students as a starting point,explore the scientific law for mental health education in Higher Vocational colleges.This paper attempts to based on some mature practice, choose the Jiaxing Nanyang Vocational and Technical College as a case study, the main problems of the overall situation, to investigate the psychological healthwork in Jiaxing Nanyang Vocational and Technical College in the work, andto analyze the factors affecting the psychological health education work,focusing on the psychological health education of the students in this school mode and weakness, then aiming at the disadvantages of the school mental health education and the status of the work of Jiaxing Nanyang Vocational and Technical College, proposes some countermeasures and suggestions to improve mental health educationmodel, which is combined with the actual situation of the school, fully consider the growth characteristics of vocational students, take the mode of psychological health education of diversified, multi-level, thus providingsample sense to try and exploration for improving the effectiveness of the model of psychological health education.
