Study On Relationship Between Education And Peasants’ Professional Differentiation

Since the reform and opening to the outside world, with the rapid development of rural economy, the rural structure has taken place, while the peasants have become multiple structures from the single structure; the major changes are peasants’ professional and the income differentiations. Both of them are the precondition and foundation of the other differentiations. Thus, this paper has the research on peasants’ professional differentiations, making the education be the point of penetration to analyze the relationship with peasants’professional differentiations. It has important and practical significance to realize the industrialization, information society and urbanization to promote agricultural modernization.This paper has the research on Anhui Province which has large population, analyzing the statistical and survey data to summarize the characteristics of peasants’ professional differentiations. Based on the analysis, it has the research and the empirical analysis on the relationship between education and the peasants’ differentiations, focusing on the contribution of education to the peasants’ differentiations. According to the analysis, it proves that the professional types of peasants’have the trend of diversification. It distributes on the different fields of the three industries. From the view of different educational stages, there are different contributions to the peasants’professional differentiations, being beneficial to the differentiations.Based on the analysis, the paper has some suggestions:develop the education to promote the level of the peasants, pay more attention to the vocational training and the education of adult to develop the technical talents and the new peasants, improving their abilities. Develop the economy of Anhui Province to realize "the four steps assimilation".
