In recent years,there has been frequent news that highly-educated employees are engaged in non-academic talents,which is precisely a microcosm of the problem of over-education in my country.If this phenomenon persists for a long time,it will cause people to question the investment in education,distort the concept of normal education,and will affect the reasonable allocation of China's education resources,affect the healthy development of the economy and society,and may even shake China's strategy of “rejuvenating the country”.Therefore,under this realistic background,based on the perspective of job matching,it is extremely important to study the problem of over-education and quantitatively analyze it,which is related to the healthy development of my country's education and employment market.Based on the job matching perspective of employment,this paper studies the problem of over-education in my country and first defines the concept of over-education.Secondly,it analyzes related over-education theories and studies the mechanism of over-education problems.Secondly,with college graduates as the research object,analyze the existing problems in my country's job market,and analyze the specific performance of my country's over-education.Afterwards,the problems of over-education in my country are studied from a macro perspective and a micro perspective.Among them,the macro-level analysis first uses the cost curve of education input and the output curve of education income to analyze the production principle of the optimal output level of education of the employees.Second,the DEA model can output the projection of the decision unit on the relatively effective surface.To obtain the best education output level of the employees,it measures the level of over-education in 31 provinces in China analyzes it.Among them,the microscopic analysis uses CGSS2015 microdata to analyze the current status of the education-post matching degree of Chinese employees,and uses Logistic regression model to analyze the influencing factors of the education-post mismatch of employees.Finally,relevant suggestions are made from government,enterprise,university,family and individual.Tis paper measures the level of overeducation of employees in my country from the macroscopic and the perspective of 0.23 and 0.11.The possible innovations of the article mainly use a combination of macro and micro perspectives to study the level of over-education of Chinese employees.There are certain innovations in the research perspective and measurement methods.However,when measured from a macro perspective,given the availability of indicators,there are certain deficiencies in the selection of indicators.
