Cooperative learning is a teaching mode of today’s very popular, it discuss in groupsform, strengthen exchanges and communication between students, with the teachers,guidance, achieves the teaching goal together. Cooperative learning in improving writinginterest and enthusiasm of students, training students’ ability to analyze problems, topromote the writing level of ascension has very important significance.Personalized writing students can complete with distinct personality characteristics inthe writing process, specific performance is a novel perspective and conception in theconception, content with unique values and aesthetic taste, expression is flexible andappropriate, language has the style characteristics of individuals, the content andexpression of feelings and the heart, is to reveal their true feelings from conception to thesubject selection, composition, writing techniques and writing style shows personality.Individuation writing teaching is based on students’ individual writing purpose, classroomteaching process flexibility in the use of strategies and methods of personalized teaching.At present, collaborative learning and personalized writing teaching and research alot, but are performed separately, their problems. Deficiencies of cooperative learning isthat students in the discussion will not consciously assimilation, absorption of otherstudents point of view, resulting in a small writing the theme and idea convergencephenomenon, lack of a degree of individual. A defect of personalized writing teaching isthe macro discussion, requirements of principle, from the practical teaching method, lackof operable specific. If into the personalized writing strategies in cooperative learning step,make these two kinds of teaching mode, can complement each other, foster strengths andcircumvent weaknesses, and receive the good effect of teaching writing.This study analyzed the existing problems of high school writing teaching andwriting. The main problems of teaching are: single teaching mode boring, difficult tomobilize the enthusiasm and initiative of students; the one-sided pursuit of scores, payattention to writing skills and neglect writing ability; teacher assessment, make thestudents lost their individuality and innovation. Students’ writing problems are: lack ofinterest, often in order to cope with the attitude toward writing; the daily accumulation ofsmall, poor writing material; write only does not change, the lack of repeated changes inthe habit of writing training; insufficient, weak foundation. According to pedagogy,psychology and the teaching of writing "cognitive development" theory, constructivism theory, process composition teaching theory, humanism psychology and other relatedtheory as the basis, elaborated the cooperative learning in preparation for writing materials,establishment of writing topics and themes, finish writing outline and writing afterdifferent stages of cooperation. The specific methods and steps, and the personalizedwriting teaching material, individualized personalized conception, personalized language,personalized feedback strategy and requirements into each step of cooperative learning,thus forming a study of senior high school writing teaching cooperative learning andindividualized writing combined, the model significantly role in improving students’writing ability. In addition, this research also analyzes packet should pay attention to in theprocess of teaching, teachers should be appropriate to play the leading role, thepersonalized writing to four limited, students cultivate a good habit of writing problems,provides the beneficial reference for the teaching of writing.
