According to pedagogy,psychology and the teaching of writing "cognitive development" theory, constructivism theory, process composition teaching theory, humanism psychology and other relatedtheory as the basis, elaborated the cooperative learning in preparation for writing materials,establishment of writing topics and themes, finish writing outline and writing afterdifferent stages of cooperation. The specific methods and steps, and the personalizedwriting teaching material, individualized personalized conception, personalized language,personalized feedback strategy and requirements into each step of cooperative learning,thus forming a study of senior high school writing teaching cooperative learning andindividualized writing combined, the model significantly role in improving students’writing ability.
