From the definition of educational discipline,this paper analyzes the existing problemsand causes of disciplinary education of middle school students in China,From the multipledimensions of the implementation of disciplinary education on the students,the articledemonstrates the necessity and feasibility,then discusses the application of our schooldisciplinary education and its principles, then summarizes and analyzes the current situationof disciplinary education measure in China, and then divides them into recommendeddisciplinary measures and does not recommend the use of disciplinary measures,puts forwardto clear education disciplinary measures of authority and maturity and rational use.Finally,the exploratory opinions is put forward in the disciplinary education program. the essayelaborates how to build the education punishment procedures, from two aspects of legislationand operation procedures to explore educational discipline procedures, one should improvethe relevant legislation, the two is the school shall formulate and comply with strictprocedures related to. The highlight of this paper is tracking education after the schoolimplements educational punishment.I expect to form a series of perfect education disciplinarysystem, so as to clarify understanding, break through the blind area, in the implementation ofeducation punishment according to follow.From the research purposes, this study based on the necessity and feasibility in essence,clear disciplinary education disciplinary education of middle school students, and disciplinarymeasures and procedures of education are discussed in order to make disciplinary educationtheory perfect, and look forward to enable the students to form the rule consciousness,become a qualified citizen, also make us education can be more rational and healthy. Thepurpose of education is to develop more comprehensive and more healthy human. Schooleducation not only improve academic performance, but also do a good job in management,which requires the school of bad behavior control.Despite the punishment education can onlybe empty talk, less empty talk.If a country which has no law, the whole country will not beimagined. The punishment education is a part of education. Therefore, the disciplinary belongs to the means of education. In practice, we not only can’t exclude the punishment ineducation, but also need reasonable method of punishment. Reasonable punishment caninhibit the expansion of minors personality, correct the nonstandard behavior, recognize theneed for their own misconduct responsibility, avoid similar mistakes again and guaranteeevery student right to education can be better realized. We offen say: no bad students, onlyteach the bad teacher. Let the students feel no responsibility as a learner, Because of thepressure, the teacher can’t manage student.so that it is not only the teacher’s work adverse, butalso on students’ development. This shows the urgency and significance of disciplinaryeducation legislation,so the paper puts forward some personal suggestions to make moraleducation theory and education method enrich and perfect and make the educationpunishment theory of regularization play a promoting role.From the perspective of research methods, this study uses literature as a sample throughliterature research to understand the current research situation about the educationalpunishment based on carding, analysis of selected literature, at all times and in all countriesthe disciplinary measures and implementation. This further defines its research direction andpurpose and makes the important significance of this study clear.The paper also adopts themethods of observation though observing of long-term on middle school students,which islack of specification. it is necessary to carry on the management to the form of legislation.The follow-up work of disciplinary education is put forward though exploratory studymethod at the end of the thesis, such as tracking education, mitigation and strengtheneducation.The paper hope that this research can make more people to correct understanding ofpunishment.It is a kind of education method, should be rewarded as belonging to the contentof education, not over reject it, be given it some of the status in the education. Punishment isa kind of pursuit of justice and fairness and reflects the misconduct must bear the adverseconsequences.The purpose is to correct the youth non normative behavior and to preventadolescent personality expansion.The school take reasonable punishment form for lack ofdiscipline’s students.People should not mistaken for infringement of the right to education ofstudents but should be deemed to be in management. It does not change the state of education and belong to behaving education,So as to better ensure that other people’s right toeducation, every student’s duty is to obey the school rules and regulations.If a studentmisconduct but the school does not correct it, then the school fail to school’s obligation.Educational discipline measures need standardization. From the school perspective,thenecessary disciplinary are conducive to the future education management.For the children,through illegal punishment can understand mistakes should be punished and improperbehaviors result in adverse consequences. they must be responsible for their own work.theywill consider the consequences before they do something.For teacher, through the analysis ofthe existing school campus disciplinary measures, it can help teacher not only correctlyexercise the right of discipline and prevent abuse of disciplinary power, but also maintain thelegitimate rights and interests of teachers.For the future work, this play a referentialsignificance. Measures of standardization of education punishment, procedure establishmentof educational disciplinary measures, follow-up education discipline implementation andtruly caring about the healthy growth of the youth is every educator’s responsibility andobligation.
