"Discipline" is almost born with the birth of education,it can regulate student behavior,promote school and teacher's management.However,with the "appreciation of education","people-oriented" concept in-depth,combined with the media excessive rendering on the "teacher's violent corporal punishment for students" cases,but also because of the lack of disciplinary education system as the basis.Making the students"disciplinary education" into a "dilemma".Therefore,it is necessary to understand the status of disciplinary education,and to explore a reasonable and efficient way of the implementation of disciplinary education.Based on the relevant provisions of the disciplinary education in secondary schools and the survey results of the field visits,this study adopts self-compiled questionnaire and investigates more than 300 junior middle school students from D County Middle School.SPSS 16.0 software was used to analyze the questionnaire data.This study divides the status of "the implementation of disciplinary education" into three aspects:"the "timing" "mode" and "circumstance" of the implementation of "disciplinary education.Background changes include gender,grade,the level of academic performance and whether have been disciplined.According to the results of statistical analysis,the main conclusions of this study are:1.Teachers often implement discipline when students appear "attack"behavior,and has good results.2.Teachers often implement disciplinary in "open" occasions and has good results.3.Teachers often use the "communication " disciplinary approach and has good results.4.The implementation and effectiveness of disciplinary education are only affected by the "grade" and "student achievement level" factors.5.There is a lack of specific institutional entry for the corresponding disciplinary action of students in secondary schools in China.Finally,based on the knowledge of pedagogy and psychology,use the conclusions of the investigation as a reference,try to analyze the characteristics of students,integrate the principles and scope of disciplinary education.Provide appropriate advice on the timing,mode and circumstances of the implementation of disciplinary education.
