| The Research of Matching System in Chinese College Basketball Players Selection.Because of asymmetric information, the system is not complete, unscientific and other reasons led to the two-way matching problem cannot be resolved, leading to a university cannot be promoted to the most desired basketball player, when basketball players cannot choose a suitable university for the development.Using the two-way matching mechanism to research the college basketball selection system is based on the economics stable matching theory to solve the development of basketball talent demand, which offers Chinese college basketball players selection system a better guidance and practical significance.In this research, the paper offers a solution to match the both side of colleges and basketball players. Based on the demands of basketball players in choosing colleges and colleges in selecting basketball players, it finds out an effective way to matching their demands in order to let the basketball players get in to a suitable university which can offer a good guidance in both sport career and study, and the university can choose the players who can help the school to get a better sport record at the same time. That is the so called win-win end. |
