With the rapid development of Chinese life and education,there are a growing number of college students who graduate from school every year,but employment is becoming one of the biggest challenges they are facing.Talent resource is the most active valuable and creative resource in production forces,through integration of human resources to obtain competitive advantage,the common feature for modern enterprise development,effective job matching system plays a major role in dynamic human resources environment.The research on job matching has a big influence on enterprise performance.This research mainly discusses the current state of job matching at home and abroad,and then supports the significance of finding on the research.In this paper,we focus mainly on the issue of job matching,build the BP neural network,and then we invent a new model over job matching.The main component work in this paper is presented as follows:The first part conducts a large number of investigations among enterprises and the applicant,analyzes the collected data,locates the main factors influencing the match over candidate and job,establishes the index system which contains 12 related factors,then discusses about the development of the structure and working principle of BP neural network.In the second part,we present the method of calculating the 12 indexes in the matching process over candidate and job design which are corresponding to pseudo code,construct a BP neural network with 12-dimension input and 1-dimension output.The third part analyzes the collected historical data with matching scale to generate the training data set and test data set.We use the training data set to train the BP neural network model.The experimental results show that the neural network model is effective in solving the problem of information matching.This paper also puts forward the "BP neural network short circuit" structure to solve the actual problem that the recruitment unit directly selects the candidate who meets the special requirement of a certain index to enter the interview process.In the last part,we consider the BP neural network model trained with the front operator algorithm like a core,then we discuss about the demand of employment management system,its design and development system.The system consists of user management,the candidate information input,enterprise company post information input,applicant and job information matching calculation,etc.
