Research On The Management Of Commercial Environment Surrounding Colleges And Universities Basing On Students’Demands

Since the surrounding environment of universities and colleges is one of the environmental base of their higher education management service, the research of commercial environment surrounding universities is just a sub-topic of university surroundings research. The development of the surrounding environment of universities has influence on students’ normal study and living, so establishment and management of commercial environment surrounding university campus must be enforced.Though being the main part of the surrounding environment of universities and colleges, the students have mistaken consumer demands which are led by their lack of cognitive ability, mature mind and self-control. This article bases on the perspective of university students’ needs, and discriminates between correct and mistaken demands to discuss how to manage the commercial environment surrounding universities and colleges. This article will be divided into three parts. Firstly, the number of commercial category and its distribution will be collected, basing on Agricultural University of Hunan and Changsha University. Secondly, this article looks on the hidden risk of the surrounding commercial environment from the perspective of university students’ demands. Finally, the article will discover some efficient methods for managing that environment from different levels of government, universities and students.
