Surrounding The Central County Juvenile Football Club Basic Present Situation And The Development Of Research

Football is a sport with a long history.According to the historical records of the drama,football originated from the ancient warring states period of China called "cuju".The origin of modern football can be traced back to England in the 11 th century.The development of modern football has been going on for more than 200 years.Until now,football has become the largest sport in the world and is deeply loved by the public in various countries.Chinese football has a huge hobby group in China,but at present Chinese football is in a backward position in the global sports competition level.For the development path of Chinese football,the national government has given positive guidance and Suggestions and deepened the reform.Xi Jinping in February 27,2015,general secretary chaired a meeting of the central comprehensively deepen reform leading group of the 10 th meeting of the emphasis on "the development of the revitalization of football career grab from baby" this point,and put forward the related instructions,according to the key points of national policy and system,the development of mass sports,football club football,such as campus football made a speech,and passed at the meeting the overall scheme of reform of Chinese football.Youth football club is an important part of the development of Chinese football.With the rapid development of the national economy,the state has given strong support to the sports economy industry.At the same time,since the implementation of policy documents such as "Chinese football reform plan" and "Chinese football medium and long-term plan 2016-2050",youth football training institutions have developed rapidly.All kinds of football training are rooted in the local area,or look across the country,or rely on the local area,or go out to introduce,each has its own characteristics,uneven.However,what is the development status of domestic youth football clubs,what is the survival status of clubs in less developed areas,and how to improve the status quo of youth football clubs in this area are all needs to be studied and analyzed in this study.Therefore,this paper investigates the existing situation of youth clubs in underdeveloped regions in China,and tries to explore andanalyze a path of sustainable development through comparative analysis of excellent cases.This study went deep into the grass-roots level,aiming at the youth amateur football club of Shui Du Yipin in Dan Jiangkou,Shi yan city,Hu bei province,and carried out field research to understand the management structure and operation mode of the club,as well as the situation of the coach team and club members of the club.Then elaborated and the analysis club present existence question present situation,carries on the related investigation research.Finally,the author puts forward some ideas that are beneficial to the development of Dan Jiangkou Shui Du Yipin youth football club.It is hoped that this study can provide reference for the development of local physical education institutions and provide theoretical basis for the popularization and promotion of China's youth football education.Finally,I hope this study can provide ideas for the development of clubs in the same underdeveloped areas.In this study,the methods of literature,field research,comparative analysis and logical analysis were used.This study will elaborate from four steps respectively:The first step is to focus on the background and value significance of "why this study was carried out",clarify the core concept of this study,and review and sort out the relevant literature about youth amateur football clubs at home and abroad.The second step is to propose the object and purpose of the study and the research direction of the survival status and countermeasures of the youth amateur football club.This study is mainly conducted from the five research dimensions of development philosophy and objective,survival status,management organization structure,management mode and operation mechanism,and analyzes the survival status of domestic youth amateur football clubs from these five dimensions.The third step,first briefly outline the basic situation of our youth football club,and then select a case "Shiyan Dan Jiangkou Shui Du Yipin youth football club" as the investigation object.According to the research dimension mentioned in the second step,relevant analysis is carried out,mainly from the Dan Jiangkou Shui DuYipin youth football club's basic situation summary,operation mode,training mode,human resources status quo,characteristic development route,problems and countermeasures these six points are expounded.The fourth step is to put forward conclusions,Suggestions and prospects for the above analysis.
