Post-90’s college is accompanied by the deepening of reform and opening, a planned economy into a market economy, China’s accession to the World Trade Organization in the context of the new generation of students, they are ideologically and psychologically with the distinctive characteristics of the times. They looked from the overall, the mainstream thoughts are positive, the spirit inspiring high-spirited attitude towards life, healthy and active, enterprising spirit is very outstanding, but accompanied with emotional than rational, utilitarian tendency, serious setback to resist ability is poor, poor mental capacity and other adverse conditions, to the college students’personal character education has brought new opportunities and challenges.In order to solve this realistic problem, this paper analyzes the significance of post-90’s college students’personal character education, after the investigation of post-90’s college students’ individual character characteristic and origin, mainly discussed the thinking of post-90’s college students’personal character education, namely put marxism-leninism as the guiding thought, socialist core values as the guide, put forward thecorresponding moral education countermeasure in view of three aspects that the school, family, society. Hope to provide some theoretical reference for ideological and political education and civic moral construction theory to be rich. Applied to the ideological and political education practice, this paper is beneficial to improve the current level of college students’individual character, in order to improve comprehensive quality of college students and has a certain guiding significance to the reality to cultivate qualified talents for our country.
