The report of the18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China points out to positively cultivate and carry out the core value of socialism and fully improve citizen’s moral quality. College students are important successor to realize Chinese dream. Their moral quality directly determines whether they are eligible constructor and successor of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Strengthening the construction of college students’personal morality and building up correct outlook of world, life and value relate with the prosperity and eternity of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Since from2009when the first post-90s generation entered in college, their sign of the times and distinctive change bring new topics for college’s education of political thought. Under this background, in view of this new situation, change and requirement, it is very necessary and urgent to explore post-90s college students’ construction of personal morality in an effective way. So based on systematic research on relevant theories of post-90s college students’construction of personal morality, this paper defines concept of post-90s college students as well as connotation of personal morality. Then, it analyzes the difference between post-90s college students and college students of past generations in independent thinking, ability to accept new things, consumption view, aesthetics, gratitude consciousness, etc.. Besides, this paper also discusses the necessity of strengthening post-90s college students’construction of personal morality from the following aspects: inheriting Chinese traditional virtues, advancing college students’moral construction in new era, realizing the socialization of post-90s college students, solving the disorder of post-90s college students’morality, shaping post-90s college students how to deal with affairs, etc.. The paper does quantitative research on post-90s college students’personal morality by questionnaire survey. It finds out post-90s college students have good personal morality in patriotism, national pride, political view, consciousness of moral duty, volunteer spirit and so on. Meanwhile, it analyzes the existing problems of the disorder of personal morality (such as poor anti-setback ability, pragmatic tendency of value orientation, excessive attention to individual interest, disunity of knowing and doing, etc..) and constriction factors for post-90s college students’moral construction. Finally, the paper comprehensively proposes to strengthen post-90s college students’construction of personal morality in an effective way from four aspects:1. Social moral aspect:network and media, the core value of socialism, guidance of moral model, etc..2. College aspect:concept of college students’moral education, content of college students’moral education, construction of teaching staff, etc..3. Family education aspect:family atmosphere, concept of family education, family educational method, etc..4. Aspect of college students’self-cultivation:the form of good moral behavior, self-examination, consciousness of personal morality, etc..
