Javelin belong to the dominant class physical power project quickly, is fitness andskill, strength, speed, technology perfect combination of the project. Technique of javelinthrow with from periodic motion to the periodic motion, the characteristics of thecomplete technology is a continuous process, can be divided into armed run-up inthrowing order, they led the gun, after the last and javelins to maintain body balance fourparts. Modern javelin technical requirements in guarantee the quality of approachvelocity and they stage technology, based on the last stage to speed, combined withpersonal style to pursue the overall technology the best effect. By many scholars both athome and abroad for the last movement of javelin throw a lot of research, but found noliterature data on the last stage side bow stretch technology and the bow pull technologyof3d kinematics research. In order to better analysis of force of technology, we dividedit into three stages: cross bow, bow and put the bow phase, five phase: right foottouchdown moment, center of gravity move through strong point, left foot touchdowninstant moment, the biggest bow and javelins to instant moment.In this paper, by using literature method, close shot machine three-dimensionalcamera measurement method, expert interview method, mathematical statistics researchmethods, such as of May2012, the national grand prix track and field of tianjin stationseven men javelin athletes in the final stage in the process of the javelin throw side bowforce of technology and the bow force is studied, the results show that:1. Our country athletes last time is too long, the proportion is notreasonable. Most ofthe key problems of the athletes in our country is too much bend your right elbow flexionand early strength, early began to pull a gun double arm, lead to right shoulder Angle isbigger, the stability of the javelin is affected, the largest arch form is not sufficient, the adverse effects on power transmission, shortening the distance between the accelerationof the javelin.5. Need to further improve the degree of twist of the torso, beyond theaction of instrument was completed more fully.6. Chinese athletes in the final stage isjust the right hip and right shoulder accelerate time earlier, before the formation of thebow, not delay the throwing arm increasing horizontal segment, destroyed the transversearch of the rhythm of the elastic potential energy to the bow force transformation, resultin the last effect is greatly reduced. Most athletes throwing arm when put whip bowforcibly order is unreasonable, there exist the next link speed higher than on a link, endlink in advance force phenomenon.
