| Women’s hammer throw is a traditional competitive event in China.In recent years,women’s hammer throw has made rapid progress,which has created many valuable honors and exploits for China in recent Olympic Games and World Championships,this paper selected the top eight athletes in 2021 national throwing Xiang Qun(1)women’s hammer throw a best shot in the final rotation linking technology as the research object,and the last to reveal the current our country outstanding female kinematics characteristics of the hammer throw athletes throwing technology,For services in preparation for the Olympic Games.China’s women’s hammer throw level occupies a place in the world,but there is still a large space for development,so to explore scientific training means and methods,the continuous innovation of hammer throw technology,is the only way to make China’s women’s hammer throw level further.Rotation and final force are both important links of hammer throwing technology,and the completeness of their connection technology will affect the play of throwing technology.Smooth connection can minimize the loss of release speed,ensure the integrity of technology,and maintain the speed rhythm formed by athletes in the rotation link.This paper mainly uses literature method,video shooting method,THREE-DIMENSIONAL video analysis method,mathematical statistics method and comparative analysis method to analyze and study the throwing techniques of eight women hammer throwers in the 2021 National Throwing Event Group(1).The main conclusions are as follows:1.Time parameters: Wang Zheng and Luo Na spent the shortest time on rotation and final exertion,with fast rotation speed and obvious acceleration effect.The total time of rotation and final exertion of the other six athletes all exceeded 2.35 s,and the final force speed of rotation transition needs to be further improved.Only Wang Zheng and Zhao Jie reached more than 50% in the ratio of odd and double support time.The acceleration effect of the remaining six athletes was negatively affected in the rotation stage,which was not conducive to the smooth connection of the fourth rotation and the final force.2.About speed parameters: The extreme speed of Wang Zheng and Zhao Jie reached more than 18m/s in the first rotation,providing high initial speed for the remaining three laps of rotation and final effort.Speed rate,rayne,rona,ms liu,gilly four athletes speed growth in total more than 10 m/s,better growth,makes the rotating stage of formation of the high speed connection in the end,hard and Li Jiangyan appear in the fourth round of the third ring to rotate speed variation decreases phenomenon,the fourth ring rotation speed drops,Failure to accelerate the machine further on the basis of maintaining the rotation speed of the third lap affected the connection technology between the fourth lap and the final force.3.Track parameters: The track length of eight athletes’ instruments is over 47 m.Jilly ranked first with the track length of rotation and final force exceeding 49 m.Wang Zheng and Li Jiangyan also ranked first with the total track length exceeding 48 m,which showed a long distance of work.However,from the long track of the final force stage,the running track of Gilly’s instrument was only 5.4m,which was caused by the fact that gilly’s right foot failed to land actively to form double support after the fourth rotation,resulting in a relatively short distance of final force work and poor cohesion effect.Wang Zheng and Liu Tingting’s final working distance of the force instrument reached 7.36 meters and 7.54 meters respectively.In the fourth rotation stage,their right foot actively landed on the ground to support them,forming an active posture of surpassing the instrument,extending the working distance and facilitating reasonable connection.Turn the favorable situation into the final force,good connection technique.4.Angle parameters: The incline Angle of the track of the eight athletes basically increases gradually,and the change of hip,knee and ankle Angle also basically conforms to the requirements of the final force of the rotation transition and the reasonable rules of hammer throw technology.Rayne trajectory stability when the rotation,which is beneficial to the hammer throw by rotation in the end of increasing strength,but the corona,Li Jiangyan,zhao jie speed due to the peak too early,not maintained by the effect of the circle of growth so cant Angle decreased during the period of the rotating case,did not reach the maximum speed the transition to the fourth turns the final pressure,influence the equipment to effect,The final force technology of rotary connection needs to be improved. |
