The development of the Javelin sports technology has a long history. Throwing javelintechnology is a more complex multi-axis rotation project, technical analysis is more complex,and javelin-throwing athletes have their own throwing technical style. Therefore, in thejavelin throw technology research, taking the last exertion skills as the breakthroughpoint for research, which can reflect the needs of the research purposes, but also meet thelimitations of the research means. There is a wide gap between the domestic and internationalin the competitive level of the javelin.In order to improve the competitive level of thedomestic men’s javelin thrower, it is necessary to grab from the youth of the men’s javelinthrower, so select the top eight of the best young men’s javelin thrower’s technology forthe study entry point.Through the use of literature, expert interviews, image capture method, video analyticmethod and mathematical statistics method and other methods, the paper detailed discussionand analysis. Therefore select the last exertion skills of our outstanding young men’s javelinthrower as the research object to the2008National Track and Field Championships, and takethe last exertion skills of the2008National Track and Field Championships outstandingmen’s Javelin Thrower for the comparative study of multi-angle. And try to vote the lastexertion stages of the technical indicators for the study parameters, specific analysis andresearch on various indicators of the last exertion technology. To identify the shortcomings ofyoung javelin thrower on the technical as well as the differences that exist betweenindividuals, propose a more reasonable indicator of technology, training methods and meansto provide technical support and the guidance of training methods for the grass-roots sportstraining and elite athletes.Through the last exertion skills analysis and research, and draw relevant conclusionsand recommendations:(1)As far as the speed, in the last exertion stage, the outstanding domestic youth javelinthrower movements of the physical aspects of relative movement speed is slower, and havea wide gap compared with the adult excellent javelin thrower. 1. Height of the left and right shoulder performances for the larger forces of the upperbody forward, and the focus lag significantly, role in the javelin the longitudinal axis of thespeed and strength is less effective. The gun arm and the center of gravity height changessignificantly, the ability to control the javelin to be further improved. The speed of Leftshoulder change significantly and the level of body left brake is poorer, should pay attentionto the braking effect of the left side of the body and the cultivation and training of bodycontrol and balance ability.2. As far as ertical speed, the obvious changes of the speed of the whole body and thatof upper and lower extremities link in vertical velocity for horizontal speed for the javelineffect is poorer. The more obvious gravity ups and downs, the bigger speed losses.(2)From the point of view, in the last exertion stage, all aspects of the body angle ofexcellent youth javelin thrower in the domestic is more reasonable.But there is a certaingap with the better sports point of view of javelin last exertion skills.1. The left side of the body support quality to be improved, and the obvious changes inthe left knee joint angle, the left side of the body to support the braking capacity needs to beimproved. The gun arm, a higher altitude, lower gunpoint, the gun angle in the final stages offorce should be maintained between53-120degrees is appropriate.2. Angle shot is large (about43degrees), should be controlled between-32degrees to28degrees in the most appropriate. It is difficult to form the control ability of the javelin whengun point of view is large.And the technical capacity of the ecumenical movement of peoplegun needs to be improved.3. Tight degree of body twisting is not obvious, failed to make full use of the body toreverse the last final shot acceleration. In the last exertion stages, the yaw angle is too large,resulting in the javelin throw shot instant control capability to be further improved andtechnical refinement.(3)From the height, excellent javelin thrower in the last exertion stages, domesticoutstanding young athletes show the body each link movement with highly basic javelin lastexertion skills of characteristics of the movement according to their javelin movementcharacteristics. In the last exertion stages, the young men’s javelin athlete’s center of gravity height is not very stable, plus or minus the obvious, is not conducive to the control of thejavelin and the utilization of horizontal speed,and affect the shot height and angle shot.(4)From the time, in the last exertion stages, domestic youth elite javelin throwers usea longer time, there is a big gap between the domestic adult javelin throwers and youth javelinthrowers. In the last exertion stages, step is longe (four elite athletes moment with step of0.3seconds or so, the young athletes for about0.6seconds), have a large gap with domesticoutstanding athletes.Step is short (the elite athletes long about1.5m. Young athletes, the steplength is about1.21m), and the gap with the domestic elite athletes is obvious.Institute of the above conclusion, and made the following recommendations:1. In the last exertion stages, to train the athletes body weight stable gradually increasingathletic technical level and increase the speed of utilization of the horizontal direction.2. To strengthen the left side of the body to support the braking ability of training,particularly the training of the left knee braking support ability. Gun arm and shoulder shouldbe maintained with the high level of height, training capacity of Javelin near the body needsto be strengthened.3. Strengthen the javelin control ability, especially good control of the javelin shots angle,and strengthen the ability of the movement of the gun arm control javelin throwingdirection.4. Improve the body’s torsion amplitude, and improving work of role in javelin throw ofthe direction of the vertical axis horizontal distance. Strengthen the control javelin momentvertical axis and shots javelin throw direction Angle deviation degree.5. Improve the left shoulder in the last exertion stage of a high degree of control, as wellas the control of the speed capability of the left shoulder, Strengthen the speed in the role ofthe effect of the vertical axis of the javelin.6. During the training, we should pay attention to the gradual increase the pace oftechnical training, reduce the time of the last step by step. Put forward higher requirement oftechnology; Increasing role in javelin the vertical axis working ability and improve the javelina quicker release.
