Objectives:Patellar strain is more common knee joint disease, and common standing pilemethod is clinically conservative treatment, but that is not a unified standard. Throughthis study let the subjects practice under different angles knees quiet squatting downagainst the wall, then we do electrical test to their thigh quadriceps when they do suchquiet squatting down movement against the wall, it is concluded that through dataanalysis and processing, to provide scientific experimental basis for knee jointfunction restore and strengthen the scientific practice angle of quiet squatting downagainst the wall. Methods:Selection of30healthy male college students who had no history of knee injuries, respectively bend their knees up against the wall for45°,60°,75°,90°doing staticsquat exercises. The duration of the each participant’s quiet squatting down against thewall varies according to the time of individual from the start against the wall to quietsquat down exhausted. Through the testing methods of surface electromyography, exporting data and process analysis, analysis of the characteristics of electricalparameters of participants, to get the optimal scheme of prevention and treatment ofpatellar strain.Results:1. Bend your knees quiet squatting down against the wall for90°, the index ofiEMG, MPF, MF of quadriceps femoris surface myoelectricity are most obvious andall have significant difference (P﹤0.05, or P﹤0.01), followed by75°, the mostobvious change one of three muscles is the vastus lateralis muscle, followed by theinside of the muscle, and finally the rectus muscle.2. Different angles of quiet squatting down against the wall quadriceps MPFchanges in contrast, the extrinsic45°and60°,75°and90°comparison, has verysignificant difference (P <0.01).Shares the intrinsic45°when compared with theother three angles has very significant difference (P <0.01).Strands of rectus45°when they are compared to other three angles60°and75°comparison, has verysignificant difference (P <0.01),75°and90°, with significant difference (P <0.05).3. Different angles in the MPF contrast,45°and60°,90°comparison, havesignificant difference (P <0.05),75°and45°comparison has very significantdifference (P <0.01).Stage5,45°and60°comparison has very significant difference(P <0.01), and60°and75°compared with significant difference (P <0.05), the75° and45°is very significant difference (P <0.01).Research summary:1. Bend your knees for75°quiet squatting down against the wall, the change ofthe quadriceps muscle iEMG of electricity, MPF and MF rank second to90°, and it iseasy to get exercise, the most obvious change one of three muscles is the vastuslateralis muscle, followed by the inside of the muscle, and finally the rectus muscle.2. The patellofemoral joint surface force is relatively small in75°. bend yourknees75°quiet squatting down against the wall of patellofemoral joint, the pressureis greater than45°and less than60°and90°, the comprehensive judgment,75°isknee joint function restore quiet squat exercises of suitable angle against the wall.
