| Background: in order to obtain strong lower limb power,overload training is usually carried out,which makes A shi points with nodule and cord as acupoints form in muscles,and then affects the performance of motor function.With the wide application of fascia gun,it has two functions of activation and relaxation in training,but the specific method and time of use are only provided by the manufacturer or by the user’s experience.Based on this,this paper uses fascia gun to release A shi point of quadriceps femoris to explore the change of lower limb power after A shi point release,in order to provide solutions for those who need to improve lower limb power force in a short time.Methods: in this study,45 male college students of Jilin Sport University were selected,and they all had more than habitual training load within a week(to ensure the existence of Ashi acupoint).Each subject was tested in blank group,non vibration group and vibration group.The blank group was not intervened;In the non vibration group,the fascial gun was placed on A shi points,but the fascial gun did not vibrate.The fascial gun was placed on each A shi point for 60 seconds;Each A shi point was impacted for 60 seconds.After the intervention of A shi point,the explosive force of lower limbs was tested.The measured data were statistically analyzed,and the results were expressed as "mean ± standard deviation".The significance level was set as P < 0.05.The results and conclusions are as follows:Results:(1)there was no significant difference in the hardness of A shi point(P=0.227>0.05);There was a significant difference in the mean of non vibration g roup(P=0.048<0.05);There was a significant difference in the mean of vibration group(P=0.000<0.01);(2)Counter movement jump(CMJ): no vibration group was lower than the blank group,and had a significant downward trend(Hight:P=0.032<0.05;Power:P=0.049<0.05);The vibration group was lower than the blank group, but there was no significant difference(Hight:P=0.384 >0.05;Power:P=0.549>0.05);The vibration group was higher than the non vibration group,but there was no s ignificant difference(Hight:P=0.585 >0.05;Power:P=0.794>0.05);(3)There was no significant difference between the two groups(P=0.857>0.05);The vibration group was higher than the blank group,but there was no significant difference(P=0.269>0.05);The vibration group was higher than the non vibration group,and the dif ference was significant(P=0.007<0.05);(4)30 meter accelerated running: the non vibration group was higher than the blank group,but there was no significant diff erence(P=0.453>0.05);The vibration group was higher than the blank group,and the difference was significant(P=0.000<0.01);The vibration group was higher than the non vibration group,and the difference was significant(P=0.000<0.01);(5)V isual analogue scale(VAS): no vibration group was lower than the blank group,b ut there was no significant difference(P=1.000>0.05);The vibration group was lo wer than the blank group,and the difference was significant(P=0.000<0.01);The vibration group was lower than the non vibration group,and the difference was si gnificant(P=0.000<0.01).Conclusions: after this study,the conclusions mainly focus on the release of A shi point,the change of power of lower limbs and the change of vas: firstly,the fascial gun placed on A shi point of quadriceps femoris or continuously impacted for 60 seconds can fully release A shi point of quadriceps femoris;Secondly,the effect of releasing A shi point of quadriceps femoris with fascia gun on the power of lower limbs is significant,mainly in the following aspects: squat jump: compared with the blank group,the performance of squat jump in the non vibration group and the vibration group is not improved,but the performance of squat jump is decreased,which indicates that the release of A shi point of quadriceps femoris with fascia gun has a negative impact on the power;Vertical jump and touch height: the score of vertical jump and touch height in the vibration group was higher than that in the non vibration group and the blank group,indicating that the release of A shi point of quadriceps femoris by fascia gun had a positive effect on the power of lower limbs;30 meter acceleration: the results of 30 meter acceleration in the vibration group were higher than those in the non vibration group and the blank group,indicating that the speed index of lower limb power was improving after the intervention;The above results show that the fascia gun can produce immediate effect on the power of lower limbs after releasing A shi point of quadriceps femoris,but the specific action should be analyzed in detail;Finally,in the three tests,the scores of the visual analogue scale of the subjects in the vibration group were lower than those in the non vibration group and the blank group.After the intervention of the fascia gun,the sense of weakness in the legs of the subjects was enhanced,that is,the leg strength of the subjects was decreased compared with that before the intervention of the fascia gun. |
