Since across the new century, under the guidance of the central and the statecouncil in China, conducted an unprecedented deep reform. Reforms to the "sportsand health curriculum standard"(hereinafter referred to as standard) as the standard,vigorously promote the reform to improve the quality of teachers, improve andimplement quality education. As a new sources of power, the physical fitness ofstudents is particularly important, therefore, it is necessary to carry out school sportsand has a practical significance.Linyi city in shandong province is the regional areaand population one of the biggest cities, in recent years, the rapid economicdevelopment of Linyi city and the living standards are improving,but the governmentdid not raise the intensity of the importance of school physical education.Afterrehabilitation,"Physical Education and Health Curriculum Standard" introduced,allaspects of teaching structure teaching philosophy, teaching ideas, target system,architecture and others have a lot of changes,variety of reasons for the slowdevelopment of school physical education.Therefore, current research in Linyi CityHigh School Physical Education Resources, not only can put forward reasonableproposals for the work carried out in Linyi City, Physical Education,we can also helpLinyi Municipal Sports Bureau the development of education to make betterdecisions,to further provide protection for Linyi City Sports Teaching smoothly.In order to understand the current situation of linyi city high school sportsteaching resources, and to find out the actual existing problems, and make goodsolution to these problems.Therefore, based on the twelve region nine counties andthree District of Linyi city in28different types and levels of ordinary senior highschool of112teachers and560students of senior high school students conducted aquestionnaire survey. Survey through the methods of literature, interviews andmathematical statistics and other methods, to understand and research from severalhuman resources, sports facilities resources utilization and exploitation as well asteaching contents and other aspects of the implementation and analysis.Analysis results show that the Linyi city sports teaching mainly has followingseveral problems:1, most of the school sports can not be completely teachingaccording to "sports and healthy curriculum standard" course standard; Do not havea unified teaching material, content, monotonous, less class hour, serious lack ofbook resources.2, most of the senior middle school funding shortage; Lowutilization of sports facilities and lack of school facilities;the teacher madeequipment capability; No reasonable development and utilization of the naturalgeography resources.3, most of the senior middle school physical education teachersstructure is not reasonable: Age, gender, educational background, professional titlegap is larger; Sports teacher’s knowledge structure is unreasonable, teaching level isdifferent, the scientific research ability is poorer, self-awareness is not enough, andso on. For the above problems puts forward the following Suggestions:1, enrich theteaching content of physical education in school,reasonable arrangements for theschool curriculum to ensure the all-round development of the students’ virtue,wisdom, body;2, governments around the world to increase the school sportseducation funds and according to the local conditions of natural geography resourcesreasonable development; vigorously develop social resources to figuring basicequipment, At the same time more lead teachers to develop own equipment used inteaching.3, strengthen the school physical education teachers training; reasonableallocation of teacher resources, As far as possible to ensure that each school sportsteacher is on the knowledge structure and teaching level, gender, age, educationalbackground, professional title, balanced development.
