Study On Development Of Regional Outdoor Sports Resources

Along with the progress of the society and science and technology, it demands contacts between nature and human society, and fitness and spirit in urbanizing today. Outdoor sports were born under this situation. There are friend -making sports, either men or women, old or young participants, no matter ethnic background, social status, or cultural differences, all can enjoy participation, mutual communication and sharing life inexperience. People can realize the importance of protecting and respecting nature when they close to and enjoy nature at the same time. Outdoor sports can not only cultivate the abilities of people's independent analysis, problem-solving, logical thinking and rapid determination, but also have very good simulative effect in enhancing their physique, will, and collectivism spirit, improving interpersonal communicative ability, and promoting the all-round development of them.In August 2000, Guilin's first outdoor organization established. It marked that outdoor campaign began in Guilin district, but judging from the present development situation of Guilin, it is still at the primary stage, there are many problems, such as the dangerous consciousness of those who attend outdoor sports is not high, the outdoor sports organizations lack of qualifications, outdoor security system is not perfect, the natural ecological environmental damage, the awareness of creating regional outdoor brand is not high enough. By using many sorts of scientific research methods, this thesis researches the reasons and development situation of outdoor sports in Guilin, and gets the results as follows:(1) the main reasons that prompted the development outdoor sports in Guilin were various, including objective reasons such as the social consciousness, economic development, government policy, humanistic environment, natural resources, and some subjective factors;(2) the main causes are from economic development, outdoor resources and holiday time three aspects; (3) in recent years, participants in Guilin developed rapidly.but the rules and regulations and relevant departments exist inadequacy, competitions are not standard, serious and corresponding outdoor facilities construction lags by outdoor sports development needs, these will affect health development of public outdoor sports in Guilin; (4) there are rich and comprehensive outdoor sports resources. It provides the solid foundation for outdoor sports lovers and outdoor clubs'development of outdoor sports types; (5) the starting time of outdoor sports is late here, currently Guilin outdoor sports club increased rapidly, but the size is small, organization form is single, and there are corresponding loopholes in management system.This research has put forward the following Suggestions to the existing problems in developing outdoor sports in Guilin:(1) for outdoor sports clubs, we should tighten propaganda and training dynamics, cultivating professional talents, improving the quality of training personnel; (2) outdoor sports organizations should be suitable for the development of Guilin district of outdoor project, make Guilin outdoor sports resources get reasonable development; (3) relevant departments should formulate the corresponding management regulations and supervision measures to strengthen the supervision of outdoor sports, strengthen the outdoor club notch personnel qualifications and trains outdoor sports reasonably, inspected carefully prepared outdoor sports equipment facilities, improving risk consciousness and environmental protection consciousness of the outdoor sports groups; (4) relevant departments should strengthen the outdoors security warning, distress rescue, insurance compensation, safeguard system and supporting measures. (5) strengthen the service consciousness, highlight the local characteristics, improve outdoor project brand.
