The Study On The Professional Learning Environment Of Educational Technology

With the development of the Internet, learning environment is producedvery big change, the learning environments research field of vision are alsochanging by scholars, learning environment has gradually become the researchfocus of today. As a research category of education technology, we shouldconsider how to better use the new learning environment for learners ofeducation technology services. Due to the education technology is acomprehensive discipline, its research involves the resources widely, so certaindifficulty for learners to find resources in the process of professional learning.Under the new environment, the learners of education technology major how tomake full use of network to promote professional learning, how to improve inthe mass and multifarious information professional learning resourceacquisition efficiency, these are all need to be solved.Based on the literature analysis, questionnaire survey the educationtechnology undergraduates about conducted through, and analyze thecultivation scheme of educational technology undergraduates, the study aims todraw a framework model of education technology professional learningenvironment. This paper associated with constructivism, learning environment,association and knowledge management theory as the foundation, on theguidance of a conceptual model of the author puts forward, on the basis ofdesign principle, function of professional learning environment, focuses onbuilding a web-based professional learning environment of educationaltechnology.The studies have shown that it’s feasible to construction professionallearning environment of education technology at the current, and theprofessional learning environment demand of educational technologyundergraduates is relatively high.The author tries to construct a professional learning environment in theservice of educational technology, to provide a professional learning space forthe educational technology network learners, it’s convenient to collection andextraction learning information, and it’s convenient to communication andcollaboration with learning partner.
