Since the beginning of the 21 st century,education goals have undergone earth-shaking changes,advocating the cultivation of learners' advanced thinking skills,and the impact of the environment on people is always imperceptible,long-lasting,far-reaching,and can even be reversed through changes in the “supply-side structure” of the environment.Forcing the reform of education and teaching methods,The educational environment tends to be "smart" and "intelligent" has become a consensus in the field of education;information technology has developed to the present day,cloud computing technology,Internet of things,learning analysis technology,mobile Internet technology,etc.also have provided technological possibilities for smart learning environment,and the construction of smart learning environment in universities becomes a general trend.The core content of this study can be divided into four parts.In the first part,through the use of literature analysis and case study methods,the domestic and foreign related researches on the smart learning environment are analyzed,the contents of the research and the related concepts are clarified,and the smart learning environment is considered as “a variety of tools,resources,and services.Create a new model of "teaching" and "learning" by combining physical space,virtual space,and social space into a larger volume of space to promote the occurrence of smart learning." In the second part,Questionnaire surveys and interviews were used to study the construction and use of the current information technology teaching environment in Yunnan University,taps data information,and analyzes the status quo and needs.The third part,as the focus of the study,combines the content of the first two parts,and proposes a system block diagram for the construction of a smart learning environment based on the actual situation of Yunnan University.The purpose and goal of the smart learning environment is to promote smart learning and to build on the ground floor.The ten elements in terms of aspects,manpower construction,and institution building and their relationships fully realize their “intelligent” features.They should be: In terms of the underlying construction,they should be added to the “spatial layout” and “environmental comfort” on the site.Design and implementation,limit the number of personnel when necessary,and consider the configuration(quantity and function)of basic facilities and equipment and smart terminals on the equipment,and use multiple information technologies to connect sites and equipment to a smart learning platform;On the other hand,it is necessary to clarify the awareness and ability of various types of personnel for smart learning so as to build individuals and communities that are conducive to the development of smart learning.In terms of system construction,we must build from the learning methods,teaching methods,and management methods to ensure The use of smart learning environments.In the fourth part,combining with the building block diagram of the smart learning environment,this paper analyzes and reflects the implementation of the smart classroom of Yunnan University.The purpose of this study is to make the construction of the smart learning environment more systematic and operational.It is hoped that it can provide some references for other universities in the construction of smart learning environment.
