This article focus on the situation of teaching belief, we try our best to show the difference between novice and experienced chemistry teachers on teaching belief. These two conceptions consist of the line of this research. One is novice and eperienced teachers, the other is teaching belief. By analysing and summarising similar research from the world, we get proper researching method.Firstly, we get some material from books about education, journal and excellent essays from masters and doctors. These material help us get the conception of novice and experienced chemical teachers, belief, teaching, teaching elements, chemical belief and teaching belief. Furtherly, we get the conception of chemical teaching belief. Secondly, we make sure of the dimesionality of our survey on chemical teaching belief, and also get the proper questionare for our survey. After that, the situation of chemical teaching belief about novice and experienced teachers is surveyed. Thirdly, by analysying the data, we get the result of novice and experienced teachers on their chemical teaching belief. And last,we get the difference on chemical belief, teachers and students belief, learning belief and assessment belief. The results show that there is no difference in chemical belief between the novice teachers and the experienced teachers except the other four chemical teaching belief. However, both their chemical belief differ with what the new curriculum reforment advocate. We also show the tips and shortage of this research.The author expect the research theme is focused by more and more reseachers. And we also except the research can do good to reseachers, novice teachers and experienced teachers.
