Chemistry is based on the experiment, therefore, the chemistry experiment teaching is particularly important. Novice teachers are inexperienced, will have some problems in experiment teaching, but expert teachers are more handy. So what’s the difference between these teachers in chemical experiment teaching? What’s the characteristics of expert teachers? How can novice teachers improve their experimental teaching skill? So far, research on these issues are rare.The dissertation mainly works on the following part:①Trace back and recollect the researches of the chemical experiment teaching home and abroad, especially the research of comparative study between the expert teachers and the novice teachers, and summarize the domestic research results in this area.②Review the researches of the FIAS((Flanders Interaction Analysis System), especially the improvement studies of the FIAS.③Make a questionnaire survey to compare the students’ study effect under the different ways of teaching, and get the students’ evaluation for the novice teachers and the expert teachers.④Adopt a variety of research methods to make empirical research about the chemistry experiment teaching between the novice teachers and the expert teachers, such as observation in class, studying different teaching cases and selecting typical teaching subjects, and using the CCITIA system to make quantitative analysis. ⑤Analyze and conclude the teaching characteristics of the novice teachers and the expert teachers, and make some suggestions for the novice teachers. ⑥Study the improved teaching cases of the novice teachers.Based on the above woke, the expert teachers’ teaching characteristics can be drawn: they have rigorous experimental attitude, can handle the class emergencies tactfully; they can use the teaching material and experimental methods expertly; what’ more, they will choose different teaching methods skillfully to deal with different chemistry experiments, they are good at guiding students to construct knowledge independently, and their teaching processes are logical. As for the novice teachers, they have some shortcomings in these areas, but they are willing to absorb advices and learn new methods, after some exercise, they make big progress in experimental teaching.
