National education is an important part of China’s education, and bilingual education of ethnic minorities is an important part of the national education, and that is an important way in to mainstream society. China is a multi-ethnic and multilingual countries, Chinese becomes more and more important in the role of politics, economy, culture and education. Now that society demands more and more urgent and requirements more and more high to talented persons in every fields, with the continuous development of social economy. National higher education’s mission is to train various professional talents for national regions, that development of national colleges and prosperity of the region restrict by the national school running level and quality of talent cultivate of higher education. Inner Mongolia University for the nationalities is a comprehensive university of Inner Mongolia autonomous region, the most profession spread bilingual class, and its purpose is to cultivate high-quality professional talents to national areas. The quality of Mongolian and Chinese bilingual teaching affects the national student’s employment situation and the development of the national education level.Inner Mongolia University for the nationalities is a comprehensive university with local characteristics and national characteristics in the Inner Mongolia region. Most of the professional use bilingual education teaching, up to now. Mongolian and Chinese bilingual teaching of the Inner Mongolia University for the nationalities based on Inner Mongolia national history, geography and language culture, its goal is train national talents, and achieved results. Research the Mongolian and Chinese bilingual teaching of Inner Mongolia University for the nationalities is full of value and significance. This thesis mainly investigated Inner Mongolia University for the nationalities bilingual teaching situation through the methods of questionnaire, literature studies and interview found this problems with bilingual teaching exist in the Inner Mongolia University for the nationalities:In terms of students, the different teaching language affects student’s understanding of the subject knowledge and master degree; the ability of Chinese expression influences that student’s performance in classroom teaching, the bilingual student’s study burden is heavy; there is inappropriate teaching way and the teaching material lack of practicality and diversity in bilingual teaching.in terms of teachers, the teaching method is more traditional and ignored the bilingual students unique national psychology and thinking characteristics, the students lack of bilingual thinking ability. The attentions of the bilingual teaching research are not enough and so on. This thesis has carried on reason analysis from the language cultural environment, the school attitude with bilingual teaching, bilingual teachers and students individual aspects, finally suggest some strategies to solve practical problems and improve the quality of the bilingual teaching.first, about the bilingual teaching that teacher is the key factor, so must strengthen the bilingual teaching faculty construction to improve the bilingual teachers quality; second, want to create a bilingual learning environment to improve student’s bilingual ability, because the language environments’ influence on the student’s language ability is very big; third, implement strict and effective bilingual teaching evaluation, to promote the bilingual teachers’professional quality and ability in order to make sure bilingual teaching quality; last, currently the excessive between basic education and higher education is very big and appeared the phenomenon of touch each other, and most of the Mongolian students have graduated from middle school to college can not adapt to college learning and teaching methods, so must strengthen the Chinese teaching of the basic education stage and adjust the university bilingual teaching mode to make the connection with university bilingual teaching and middle school teaching.
