| Chinese traditional sports-competitive Wushu must follow the training pattern for talent. Sowe should literally pay special attention to the cultivation of backup talents to constantly developand improve. The Wushu young athletes are the most direct talent of reserve. Cultivate children’stalent is not only to show Wushu’s skills and techniques, but also they can promote Wushu andbe the importance of the power to Wushu. Meanwhile it shoulders inheritance, development andinnovation of Wushu history. As a result, children’s Wushu talent cultivation in Fujianprovince plays an important role in the development process, and directly impact on the future ofFujian province Wushu position in China.This article uses the literature material law, expert interview method, questionnaireinvestigation, comparative research, logical induction and so on. The paper is from the children’sWushu competition system in Fujian province and the present situation of the children’s Wushuathletes, present situation of coaches’ team, the present situation of children’s Wushu trainingsupport conditions, the children’s Wushu performance present situation of Fujian province in fiveaspects to do a deep investigation and analysis research, draw the following conclusions:At first, in the aspect of the competition system set up the basic reasonable in the Fujianprovince. It covers four years a session of Wushu competitions of Provincial Games, the annualprovincial youth Wushu championships, city children Wushu championships for Wushucompetition across different training period. Large commercial games rapidly develop in recentyears, and Wushu talent provides many training opportunities.The second, Talent cultivation approach consists of two parts: the first is by the distributionacross the province Wushu school system of Wushu talent cultivation; the second make sportscommission system as the core of the top-down backup talent cultivation system. In recent years,non-governmental Wushu schools are gradually becoming mainstay of the reserve talent ofathletics Wushu in Fujian province, but there are still some problems: uneven regionaldistribution, different educational level and technical level, literacy class teachers andprofessional coaches relatively unstable.The third, young Athlete’s enrollments are relatively plentiful, and the amounts of boys aremore than girls. Sports school system in the fixed number of year of the young athlete’s trainingand then is better than Martial arts system. The motivation of young athletes training are mainlyon interests and hobbies, and some children despise athlete’s academic. Learning and trainingcontradictions are still outstanding. The forth, the situation of coaches can meet the basic needs of the children’s Wushu training,amateur sports schools is generally good than martial arts school. Age structures are reasonableand academic structure is higher. But the overall title structure is unreasonable. Scientificresearch ability of coaches is weak, and the training of the coaches’ level is not high.Participating in job training of coaches is not optimistic. On the material selection method, mostcoaches are mainly select on the experience, and they lack of scientific selection.The fifth, Children’s level of competitive Wushu basic has a rising trend in Fujian province.In southern boxing and tai chi have obvious advantages in this project. But uneven regionaldevelopment, the children reserve talented person’s quantity of coastal area is obviously betterthan the overall level of mountainous area. The larger civil and military schools are concentratedin the coastal areas.Based on the above research, this paper summarizes the influencing of children’s Wushudevelopment of four factors in Fujian province: personnel training system of athletes, coaches,children’s own factors, training supporting conditions. it puts forward several specificcountermeasures for the development of the children’s Wushu in Fujian province: pay moreattention to the great importance for the private Wushu school and run a Wushu schoolcharacteristically, building two talents training system from the sports school and Wushu school,Attaching great importance to the coaches job training, the combination of technology and theory,building high-quality teachers team. We need Attaching great importance to Wushu moraleducation and combining the sports and education. Promote the all-round development ofchildren’s quality. It also needs optimization selection mechanism, strengthening scientifictraining, improving children’s back-up personnel training success rate. At the same time, it needstimely reform competition mechanism. Strengthen the communication of the competition.Through this way, we can promote learning of Wushu. Thinking of to the advantage project andoptimizing regional distribution of resources promote the balanced development of the children’sWushu in Fujian province. |
