The author draws the following conclusions by analysis and research:For the championship in2013, there is a small difference about the number of participants and medals in the9districts of Fujian province. For the Changquan, Taiji, Nanquan athletes, the difficulty reports for jumping have the maximum number while the difficulty reports for sweeping and revolving type have the minimum number. For the difficulty reports of connection, the number of moving and motionlessness connection reports is maximum, while motionlessness and motionlessness connection reports is minimum. There is a close relationship between the score of difficult movements and the performance of the athletes. Some suggestions have been proposed:There is a close relationship between the score of difficult movements and the performance of the athletes, So it is required to strengthen the practice of difficult movements in order to increase the score. According to the development characteristics and rules of teenagers, reasonable and specific training is needed with combination of necessary quality of competitive Wushu routine. It is required to pay more attention to the practice of basic skill and difficulty of jumping movements. Stability practice for routine movements and coordination between movement difficulty and connection difficulty are especially needed to be strengthened too. It is better to give full play to the coach’s leading role. As for the schools, medical level as well as train fields and devices are supposed to be enhanced. For the athletes, they should be interested in competitive Wushu training and prepare nselves well before training and match. Meanwhile, it is required to enrich the connotatioi attack and defense in movements of Wushu routine, which also reflects the practice of Wushu. To promote the innovation of Wushu movements, it is recommended to absorb the difficult movements, such as gymnastics, aerobics, Karate and so on. But we should notice that it is not allowed to just copy, it is good to explore innovative Wushu difficulty movements according to their advantages, as well as combining the characteristic of Wushu sport and the law of physical and mental development.
