Research On Present Situation And Countermeasures Of Development Of Competitive Wushu Routine(Male Team) In Henan Province

Henan is a populous province,but also a martial arts province.Abundant martial arts resources benefit the huge martial arts groups.The popularization and development of traditional martial arts in henan are very encouraging.However,from the 10th games of the People's Republic of China,the development of the men's wushu routine competition in henan province is really embarrassing and puzzling.Since the tenth national sports games,the performance of the men's team of competitive martial arts in henan province has been declining.What is the cause of today's embarrassing situation,the author,as a main player of henan martial arts team,a graduate student majoring in traditional national sports,feel the responsibility on his shoulders.For the revitalization of henan competitive martial arts team,in order to effectively solve the henan competitive martial arts team performance decline bad situation,decided to choose this topic for research.This study through literature method,questionnaire method,expert interview method,mathematical statistics method logic analysis research of henan province wushu's development present situation,the comparative analysis of henan province wushu boasts the gap with other outstanding province wushu team and shortage,on the basis of the results of the survey put forward feasible Suggestions to the conclusion as follows:1.The overall age of athletes in henan competitive wushu men's team is relatively small and their educational background is low.The team shows a growing trend and lacks the guidance of high-quality mature athletes.Therefore,it is difficult to form a new pattern of old and young among the team members.2.The sports level of henan men's competitive wushu team is lower than the national average level,and the number of matches of henan men's competitive wushu team participating in international and national competitions is far behind other provincial teams.Lack of competition experience compared with other provincial teams.3.The comprehensive quality and ability of the athletes determine the competitive intelligence and level of the athletes.However,at present,69.6%of the athletes in the men's team of henan province's competitive martial arts set mainly focus on training,while only 30.4%of the athletes can give consideration to both learning and training4.It is the main problem that the athletes can't find a place after retirement.The athletes can't concentrate on the training because they worry about finding a place after retirement.5.Sports interest,number of participation,completion of training tasks,sports experience,training investment,etc.,are also the reasons for poor sports performance6.The resources of wushu in henan province are abundant and there are many wushu schools.The selection of professional team athletes is entirely decided by the coach,and there is no scientific and effective selection indicators and diversified and comprehensive selection methods7.The leaders pay little attention to the sports team and the sports team's fund is not enough.
