Now, with the increasing demand for the teacher by the society, the research on teacher education is a hot problem which is an international focus and also is a stubborn strategy problem normal university has to confront with.with this background, the paper pose the problem,the mathematical belief of mathematical normal school students,by quantitative research and qualitative research,and get the following conclusion:(1)There are dramatic contrasts between male and female students,the average teaching belief for female is above male notably.(2)The mathematical learning belief of the freshman and the senior is higher than the sophomore and the junior(3)There is no significant difference between the students with different scores in specialized courses(4)The students who had tutoring experience have s lower belief in the mathematical teaching process(5)The students who had teaching experience have a higher belief in learning styles, learning speed and curriculum and teaching tasks.But their mathematical belief in teaching process is lower than those who didn’t have teaching experience.(6) The students who are ready to be a math teacher after graduation have a higher belief than other students.With the following interview and observation of teaching, author get the following conclusions:The mathematical beliefs of normal school students can affect their teaching behavior.Those who have better beliefs behavior better in their teaching than those whose beliefs is lower.#Based on the research,I suggest that we should recognizing the importance of the students,and support them in many aspects,for example:providing rich resources and opportunity, strengthening the day-to-day teaching in the classroom demonstration, Strengthen education practice sessions,and so on...
