Research On Highly Effective Classroom Teaching Of High School

The reform tide of of quality education is widely spread in educationfield including chemistry teaching of High School. Only teachers give advice andsuggestions consciously with a positive attitude to contribute to this chemical teaching,can make high school chemical not be overwhelmed by the reform tide of of educationand glow the fullness of new vitality.This paper first analyses the main problems existing in present chemicalclassroom teaching of high school. These problems include the two stagedifferentiation trends of teachers, lack of effective communication and interactionbetween teachers and students, lack of effective methods to stimulate students’ interestin learning and unreasonable teaching evaluation design.Then this paper gives the main principle of highly effective chemical classroomteaching that should be stuck to. These principles include student-oriented concept,development concept, enlightening concept and cooperation concept.At last this paper gives the main strategies of highly effective chemical classroomteaching in high school. These strategies include change of educational ideology, theelimination of two stage differentiation trends, construction of student-oriented,harmonious teacher-student relations, effective communication and interaction betweenteachers and students, clever design of problems to promote full participation,organization of effective teaching to stimulate students’ interest and set up ofreasonable teaching evaluation design. The teachers should think highly of classroomteaching evaluation, do self-examination, explore teaching method in eight ring patterheart, promote highly effective teaching the micro strategies,strengthen theconstruction of rules and promote the healthy operation of the highly effectivechemical classroom teaching.
