Education is a social activity of teaching science knowledge, training science skills and enhancing the educated science literacy .The basic duty of chemistry teaching in senior middle schools is to enhance student's scientific accomplishment. As the teaching reform is going deeply and new course plan is being carried out, the aim in class teaching nowadays is to solve the key problem in which the teacher teaches hard and the student learns laboriously. The best way to solve them is to let the teacher has the idea of effective teaching and grasp the effective teaching strategies. The effective teaching aims at improving the progress and development of all the students. The effective teaching strategies provide the concrete for teachers to achieve the teaching goal. This paper discussed the choosing and implementing of the chemical classroom teaching effective teaching strategy in the senior middle school."All in order to each student's development" is the new curriculum highest objective and the core idea. The transformation of idea causes the transformation of the teaching way. Under such background, requests our teachers to explore and to discover the new teaching strategies which are suitable student's development, effective, easily accepted by the student. The focus is that teachers can use teaching methods creatively when they were confronted with different instructional situations. The thesis makes a thorough analysis on how to choose and operate the instructional strategies in chemistry teaching on the base of exploring the theory of the general instructional strategies. The aim of the paper is to help to improve and renew the chemistry teaching to strengthen the chemistry teaching's function in the development of science and human society.This article consists of five parts: The first part is the foreword, it explains the significance of the research from three aspects in chemistry effective instructional strategies. The second part is the theory survey of effective teaching and teaching strategies, the researcher summarized and combined the related theories through theory study, and comparative study of them both China and some other countries. The third part is the theoretical foundation of chemistry instructional strategies, it makes a thorough analysis on how to choose and operate on the theory basis .The fourth part is the practice study of effective teaching strategies, the effect of implementation is proved in practice through the design, observation, reconsidering of concrete course content. At last, there is the research conclusion of the thesis in the last part, it is about the chemical education worker should try their best to pursure effective teaching strategies.We hope the thesis can offer some help for the research and application of chemistry instructional strategy and give reference for the implement of expenimental teaching materials in new curriculum and student's effective study.
