Modern education advocates quality education, promoting the development ofstudents’ subjectivity, as well as the development of democratization and individuation required inthe process of education. It also actively advocates students to vigorously participate and have thecourage to explore. By training students to learn learning methods and improving the learningability, students’ initiative and creative learning under the guidance of teachers can be promoted. This article aims at the solid geometry homework design of high school mathematics. Throughinvestigation and research, the author has found that the amount of the current high schoolmathematics homework is large, with indistinct targets and lack of diversity, hierarchy andflexibility. Designing homework seriously is an important part of teachers’ work. At present, thelarge amount of math homework, with its relatively single form and giving priority to problemsolving, is not good for carrying out the new curriculum concept, and three-dimensional targetsare not well reflected. To solve these problems, the author has analyzed and studied solidgeometry homework design, combining the modern education ideasthe contemporary view ofconstructivism learning theory and the theory of the zone of proximal development. The articleexplores the design of the solid geometry homework from the three forms and three dimensions ofmath homework. Autonomous work and layering work take the students as the main body, providing the selectivity of learning content. Cooperative work is one of the new curriculum ideasin mathematics teaching, letting students learn to study and leam to cooperation. The difficulty inthree dimensions is a relative concept, differing with the differences of students. The degree andvalidity is the reflection of teachers’ caref’ul guidance of students’ work, on the basis of teachersgood analysis of learning sentiment and a good grasp of difficulty. Three dimensions are the basisof teachers’ homework design and the key to information feedback as well. Scientific andreasonable homework design can fully excavate students’ learning potential, giving full play tohomework in consolidating knowledge, students’ ability training and students’ character cultivation.Under the guidance of rational and scientific homework, the students can make scientific andreasonable use of homework time and exert their subjective initiative. In this way, the students canalso learn to plan time, learn to learn and learn to reflect. Thus, teachers and students will extricatefrom the heavy burden of homework and build confidence, forming a positive attitude to work andstudy. More conducively, students’ comprehensive qualities will be improved.
