From the education administration department, the colleges enrollingfive–year higher vocational students, the examinees and the social influence, this paperintegrating enrollment policies with enrollment methods of different five–year highervocational colleges in the province and outside the province in five years, analyses thereason of low student enrollment in S province by the means of document, interview,comparison and statistics. This paper seeks to form of the five–year higher vocationaleducation, to expand the study angle and to provide new ideas for enrollment policies offive–year higher vocational education. This paper contains the following seven parts:The first part is introduction. It includes background of the thesis, the researchingsignificance and clarifies or defines related concepts. It proposes contents and methodsof the research.The second part expounds the significance of five–year higher vocationaleducation. and point out the harmfulness of low student enrollment and the urgency ofraising student enrollment.The third part tries to objectively reflect the status quo of enrollment of S provinceand two five–year higher vocational colleges from2006to2011and raises the questionsto provide the empirical material for the following research.The fourth part finds out the reasons for low student enrollment of five–year highervocational colleges from the education administration department, the colleges enrollingfive–year higher vocational students, the examinees and the social influence by statisticsanalysis of data.The fifth part is to expand the conclusion and to get illuminating and referenceconclusion.The sixth part is the summary collecting standpoints and to study on low studentenrollment of five–year higher vocational colleges generally.
