The Research And Strategy On The Talent Cultivating Mode Of Chinese Higher Vocational And Technical Education

With its further development in China in recent years, higher vocational and technical education has been in a more significant degree, and its talent cultivating mode research is attracting more and more experts' attention and their interest of researching .As we all know ,talent cultivating mode is a micro researching notion ,it is a multi-content ,such as the certain quality talent cultivating course, method and structure; it is also a going-notion, the talent cultivating mode is always absorbing new content with a nation's industrial adjusting ,economic structure upgrading and science development ,so dynamics is a constrict nature of higher vocational and technical education. By studying the disciplinarian about formation and development of HVE, this thesis analyzes and compares the talents training mode of HVE in China and other countries on the base of realizing the demand of the technical persons with the development of economy and society, and gropes for the problems in the development of HVE. Meanwhile, this paper analyzes the social demand of the person with this specialty using the method of principal component analysis scientifically. By analyzing the circumstances of various cultivation forms, the author puts forward her fundamental thoughts on establishing the talents training mode of HVE of our country, and dives some advice about the foundation of "knowledge based, ability standard, diathesis aimed "talents training mode and demonstrates this training mode deeply from the respects of training aim, curriculum mode, cooperation of industry and college, quality appraisement and so on.
