In the traditional biological revision classes in Senior3, there was so much emphasis on the accumulation and repetition of the knowledge. Therefore, this kind of teaching and learning will make the students feel bored and tired about the knowledge in this process. Meanwhile, biology is an extensive subject and knowledge including in this subject is in a large quantity. How to make the students learn efficiently during the limited time is the essential point for teachers to think about. The author believes that making the students interested and active is the main point.Interactive teaching is a student-center teaching approach. It should be carried out based on the group learning. During the process of learning, the interactive learning between students and students and between teachers and students is common and universal. During the second-round revision in Senior3, the interactive teaching approach was adopted to do the research so that the author could build an easy and relaxed atmosphere in the revision classes. In this way, students could get rid of the trouble which could be met in the traditional revision classes and the efficiency of learning will be improved greatly.The research carried out under the guidance of The Learning Theory of Constructivism and Humanistic Theory, and use the Quasi-experimental Method, Questionnaire Survey Method, Interview Method to do the research about the effect and efficiency of the interactive teaching approach used in the biological revision classes in Senior3.The author randomly chose two common science classes in Tian Jin No.55Middle School as the experimental class (EC) and the control class (CC). In the EC, the author used the interactive teaching approach while in the CC, the traditional teaching approach was carried on. The result of the experiment showed that there was little difference before the text, however, after the post test, the outcome was clear that the EC made greater progress during the process of using the interactive approach. And the difference between EC and CC is great.The result of the research showed that the students in EC where the teacher used the interactive teaching approach in the revision class did better than those in the CC using the tradition approaches in the interest of learning, learning grade, the attitude of learning and the ability of self-learning. Basing on the result of the experiment, the author believes the interactive teaching approach used in the revision classes in Senior3is available.
