In the new era，the labour education needs to solve the topic which is howto use effective ways and means to strengthen the university student labour education，so that they are able to form a correct understanding of their labour values、labourmoral and so on，thus helping college students to grow up and become better. Thesubjects of the study are Chongqing Technology and Business University，ChongqingUniversity of Posts and Telecommunications. The topic is the labour education underthe ideological education angle，which analyses the current situation of the moraleducation of universities, elabourating the problems and challenge. In the end，wepropose new ways to strengthen the labour education of college students under theideological and political education angle.With the labour values education、labour spirit education and others at the core，The labour education should comprehensively implement the spirit of the SixteenthParty Congress，through all possible channels and measures to intensify the laboureducation，promote the Worldview、philosophy、sense of worth and good morals tohelp students better all-round development.
