Study On The Ideological And Political Education Function Of College Students' Labor Education

The development of human society is inseparable from labor,which promotes the development of all human qualities.Since the founding of new China,the party and the government have attached great importance to the combination of education and productive labor,although there have been setbacks in the process.The opening of the 19 th CPC national congress marked China's entry into a new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics.In this new historical juncture,we advocate the "moral,intellectual,physical,and labor" five education and the important role of labor education.At present,most college students grow up in the background of "exam-oriented education" and are influenced by various social trends of thought,so they often do not want to work or refuse to work.To implement the "two" one hundred goals and the great revival of the Chinese nation,cannot leave the generation after generation of youth in the struggle,analysis of labor education of college students ideological and political education function,can help new era college students resist the influence of errors,set up correct concept of labor,to build correct world outlook,the outlook on life and values.This paper adopts the methods of literature study and comparative analysis to study the dilemma and path of the ideological and political education function in the labor education of college students.The paper is divided into six parts.The first part discusses the background and significance of the research,and sorts out the literature on the ideological and political education function of labor education for college students at home and abroad.The second part analyzes the concept and theoretical basis of the labor education and the ideological and political education function of the labor education.The third part explains the connection and difference between labor education and ideological and political education,that is,labor education is an effectiveway to realize ideological and political education,and ideological and political education can effectively promote the development of labor education.The fourth part explores the ideological and political education function of college students' labor education,which is helpful for college students to practice and work hard.Patriotic and loving the family,the courage to take responsibility;According to the rules and regulations,unity and cooperation;Cultivate moral character and enhance self-cultivation;Regulate mood and mental health.The fifth part analyses college students' employment education play to the ideological and political education function,namely labor education distortion for disciplinary measure weakening effect of the ideological and political education,college students employment education orientation of ideological and political education content is not clear,labor education play to the function of ideological and political education lack of security,investigate its reason,mainly is the partial universities neglect,society with not enough,some families and college students' understanding of the deviation,etc.The sixth part discusses the way of university students' labor education to exert the function of ideological and political education from the aspects of school,family,society and university students themselves.
