Study On The Integration Of Moral Education And Human Cultivation Into The Process Of Ideological And Political Education In Colleges

The 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC)for the first time took “building morality and cultivating talents” as the fundamental task of talent training in colleges.In the nineteen major reports of the Communist Party of China,Xi Jinping further stressed that “we must fully implement the party's education policy,implement the fundamental task of the idea of building morality and cultivating people,and develop quality education”.The goal of ideological and political education in Colleges are to cultivate socialist builders and successors with all-round development of morality,intelligence,body,beauty and labor,to integrate the concept of moral education into the whole process of ideological and political education in Colleges,to comprehensively improve the training level and quality of colleges,to cultivate high-quality talents with both moral and talent,to build a well-off society in an all-round way and to realize the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation all of them are of great significance.Based on the review and interpretation of the relevant research results at home and abroad,this paper,according to the Marxist theory of the all-round development of human beings,the moral thought contained in the excellent traditional Chinese culture and the theoretical guidance of the leaders of the new China,deeply analyzes the reality of the integration of the concept of moral education into the ideological and political education in colleges,and objectively reveals the current ideological and political education in colleges.The achievements of political education in the process of integrating the idea of cultivating people with morality are pointed out.Meanwhile,the problems and causes of ideological and political education in colleges in the aspects of subject moral cultivation,practice interaction,carrier innovation mode and environment optimization development are pointed out.The practical countermeasures for the combination of the idea of cultivating people with morality and the process of ideological and political education in colleges are analyzed in depth,including cultivating people with morality we should strengthen the construction of the teaching staff,guide the college students with the concept of moral education,create a cultural education atmosphere of moral education,and establish a collaborative education system of moral education,so as to enhance the timeliness and significance of ideological and political education in colleges.It is a systematic project to integrate the idea of moral education into the process of ideological and political education in colleges.It needs to gather all kinds of strength and wisdom,integrate the advantageous resources at all levels,pool the educational efforts of colleges,objectively analyze and scientifically guide the ideological,political and moral concepts of contemporary college students,and construct the educational pattern of “great ideological and political education”.
