| Moral educational reformation is the most significant thing in modern education.In21stcentury, people realized that modern education should be established informing pupil’s healthy life and personality. A good school moral educational systemis essential not only for students to develop in an all-round way, but also to guaranteethe quality of talents training. Moral education in elementary school plays animportant role for children’s happy life.TO carry out Several Suggestions on Strengthen on the Moral Building ofTeenagers well, our school did a research on constructing gradual hierarchical moraleducation system, which is based on China Youth Communist League CenterCommittee’ Test Unit.We try to construct gradual hierarchical moral education system on the wholeway. On one hand we implement the general aims of moral education and make theprocess of moral training integrally and continually. On the other hand, we focus ondifferent gradual hierarchical aims, ways, managements and valuations for differentgrader pupils which are conformable to the pupils’ physiological and psychologicalcharacteristics.Based on different grader pupils, our research constructed a gradual hierarchicalmoral education system which integrates moral education aims, contents, ways,methods, managements and valuations. With its systematic and integral function, oursystem provided a theoretical and practical model to improve moral education forother schools. Moreover, our system also formed a gradual hierarchical basic frame.With this hierarchical moral education system, our school has gained greatachievements, and provided a lot of valuable experiences in moral education whichhas been shared with other schools in provincial conferences. Our school has alsobeen awarded as the first Five-Star Red Scarf Demonstrative School in Hunanprovince, Hunan Provincial Moral education Courses Experimental School. |
