China is in the period of social transition, the dramatic social change not only brings huge impact and influence to the thought of people, but also ask for higher requirements of talent’s quality. Our country stresses the exam-oriented education for a long time, however, ignores the setback education, mental health education and other quality educations, has affected the college students’all-round development, lead to college students is becoming more and more vulnerable in face and solve the setback. As the future builders and successors in our country, college students face the employment pressure, study pressure, economic pressure, interpersonal pressure, competition and other challenges. Because of a lack of ability to resist setback, when students in the case of setbacks, quite a few of them may prone to injustice, blame, dodging and avoid feelings, even appear suicide and other extreme behaviors. In last few years, the news about college students suicide are frequently in the press, if not timely attention to these problems, it will inevitably influence the development of our country. Frustration education is related to talent training quality, is related to the fate and the future of the country and people. Focus on college students’suicide phenomenon and put forward the corresponding education countermeasures, can make the students to set up correct concept of setbacks, increase frustration tolerance and social adaptability, improve college students comprehensive quality, have a profound practical and historical significance.In this paper, the first part is introduction, mainly elaborated the reason of selected this topic, the present situation of related research at civil and abroad and innovations and deficiencies of this paper. The main content of the second part is to defined "suicide","frustration education" and other relevant concepts. Through the comparison and analysis of the definition of some experts and scholars both at civil and abroad, and related to the practice, draw my own understanding. This part is the foreshadowing, for below link suicide phenomenon and frustration education. The third part, first analysis the collected suicide cases of college student, then summarizes the reasons in four aspects:society, school, family and individual. The fourth part illustrates the necessity of frustration education, mainly from three aspects to analyze:the era development, the individual development and quality of education. The last part is aimed at the problem described in the previous sections put forward the corresponding countermeasures, mainly puts forward some Suggestions from four aspects: society, school, family and individual college students.
