Research On The Frustration And Anti-frustration Education Of Contemporary College Students

The dramatic social changes constantly impact the psychology of the contemporary college students, They are facing the frustrations in aspects of Learning, interpersonal relationships, emotional, career employment. Many college students lack the correct understanding of frustration and their abilities of resisting frustration is low, so they will become anxious, nervous, and pessimism once they encountered frustration. The students who suffered deeply will even walk onto the path of suicide, which will have a serious impact on their families and the society. Therefore, it becomes an important task of ideological and political education to strengthen the anti-frustration education of college students, enhance their psychology bearing capacity and ability to adapt.This article has learned from domestic and overseas research finding and used the study methods, such as literature analysis, theoretical research, case interview, investigation and analysis to do a comprehensive and specific study of the basic theories of anti-frustration education of college students.
