Academic pressure is recognized as main pressure source of Chinese middle school students. Junior high school entrance model under the current educative system, increase pressure of the junior high school students. Even in the cities, there are phenomenon of distribution of educative resources and regional imbalance of educative development. It leads to the ordinary junior high school students in the cities trouble in the extra pressure. These pressure and burden will make students lake of confidence of the cause of the weary of studying. That is why urban compulsory educative development at present stage, the weary of studying affect the physical and mental health of teenagers directly, even their whole life of healthy personality. The situation of academic stress and learning difficulties in ordinary junior middle school block the development of educative balance in urban areas.In this paper, the questionnaire method is adopted as the main research methods. Chose some ordinary junior middle school students from grade one to three as the test objects to analyze relevant problem.First of all, analyze the attribution and status of academic pressure to students from the three aspects of school, family and society.Secondly, from aspect of the family influence, self-desire and demand from schoolFinally, according to the results of the study, put forward suggestion from the view of easing of ordinary junior academic pressure and helping solve the learning difficulties.I hope my research can provide certain reference to alleviate the pressure of the academic point of view.
