Win-win Cooperation is not only the main trend of global higher education, but also the common opportunity for Chinese universities to achieve great development. Chinese universities still have a big gap compared to the top universities in the world. If we want to overtake and develop as a rapid speed, we must achieve the goals of complementary advantages and win-win cooperation so that we can promote the overall development. This is the prerequisite route to establish a power education nation with Chinese characteristics at this stage. In order to develop the function and play the advantages of Physical Education courses, we should actively promote collaborative innovation, promote the deep cooperation between universities so that we can achieve the goal of Physical Education resource sharing.Through investigating the current situation of Physical Education resources sharing of22universities and colleges in Hubei province, this research mainly focuses on understanding the Physical Education resources distribution among colleges so that we can provide the basis of materials and effective guarantee for collaborative innovation. From the significance, basic conditions and procedures of collaborative innovation strategy of University Physical Education resources, the essay will confirm the principles of education resources sharing, explore the sharing route of collaborative innovation and try to establish an online platform for University Physical Education resources sharing and monitoring system for "collaborative innovation-sharing". Therefore the platform and system can establish the collaborative innovation strategy union, facilitate the win-win cooperation and achieve complementary advantages among universities and colleges so that they can promote the sharing process of University Physical Education resources effectively, the overall education level and the quality of talents cultivation.Thus the essay can draw to the following conclusions:(l)Updating the concepts, innovating the mechanism, researching across colleges, establishing the platform, and guaranteeing the matched polices are the basic conditions of achieving the goal of university physical education resources collaborative innovation strategy. (2)Integrating of Physical Education resources and constructing of sharing online platform are important ways to implement the diversification sharing of teaching resources of the university Physical Education curriculum.(3)The principles of Physical Education curriculum teaching resources sharing include complementary permutation equivalence, adjacent shared, compensation for the weak and the student oriented principle.(4)The establishment of sharing management mechanism can promote the university Physical Education curriculum resources reasonably and effectively utilized.(5)The establishment of monitoring system is the effective guarantee of collaborative sharing of university Physical Education curriculum resources.Then it can put forward the following suggestions:(1)To change the idea and strengthen the consciousness of university Physical Education curriculum teaching resources sharing.(2)To play the regulation function of government and the construct the sharing platform of university Physical Education curriculum.(3)To further improve the system of construction and ensure the teaching resources sharing smoothly.(4)To improve the higher education evaluation system and put the resources sharing into the evaluation index of higher education.(5)To strengthen regional coordination and take the lead in realizing the regional teaching resources sharing of university PE curriculum.
