| Chinese women’s volleyball team was the flag of China’s sports and its five consecutivechampionships aroused people’s great patriotic enthusiasm. Located in the north, Hebeiprovince boasts its rich human resources in tall sports. Hebei women’s team was a significantforce and ranked the top three in the1980s. It provided the country with a number ofoutstanding talents, such as the members of the five consecutive championships, Yang Xi,Cao Huiying and Su Huijuan and other members of the national team, Li Xiurong, Li Guizhi,Zhang and Xiaohua, Besides, the chief coach of China’s women’s volleyball team of SeoulOlympic Games in1988is from Hebei Province. The volley coaches and workers from theprovince have contributed to the local volleyball development all over the country. Since thebeginning of this century, Hebei women’s volleyball has fallen into the trough due to variousreasons. To help Hebei women’s volleyball team to get rid of the backward situation as soonas possible, this paper, making use of attacking and defensive skills as the breakthrough point,utilizes the literature method, observation method, mathematical statistics method, logicalmethod and other research methods to analyze technical application effects of Hebei youngwomen’s volleyball team in32sets of9matches with the main rivals in2012national youngwomen’s volleyball league, so as to explore their differences of effects of the attacking anddefensive skill application Based on this study, this paper gives some practicable suggestionsto help Hebei young women’s volleyball team to prepare the National Games in2013.Mainstudy conclusions are as follow.1. During the matches, the scoring gap becomes bigger as the strength of the rival getsgreater. The smallest gap between Hebei and Henan, only two points in the five sets. As theorder of Sichuan, Fujian, Zhejiang and Tianjin, the gap becomes greater and greater. Zhejiangand Tianjin have obvious advantage against Hebei, overwhelming.2, The gap of service, compared with teams whose rankings are closed to Hebei, such asSichuan, Henan,Fujian, is not obvious, but it is obvious, compared with the top six teams,such as Tianjin and Zhejiang, Only one way of service was used. Standing floating-service iswidely used by the whole team and jump service is used by few players only in the beginning of the match. Although the service tactic is conservative, the ratio of serving errors still high.3. In the defensive, there is little difference between Hebei and Henan, Sichuan or Fujian,and a large gap exists between Hebei and Tianjin or Zhejiang, the top six teams. The weakdefensive ability of Hebei directly restricts the counterattack, and meanwhile the insufficientpower attack ability further affects the success ratio of the counterattack. These impressivegaps are those of winning means between Hebei and rivals.4.In attack technical aspects,first-pass-attack and counterattack’ scoring ability of Hebei issimilar with her team ranking, such as Henan, Sichuan, Fujian, but the ratio of errors isrelatively higher. Compared with Tianjin and Zhejiang, the gap is much bigger. The mainreasons is the insignificance of the first pass, power attack and means of attack. Counterattackis the primary means of volleyball victory. In this session, there is a gap between Heibei andthe others, and as the ranking of the rival changes, the gap becomes bigger.5. In the second-pass, Hebei’ Level is not high, and adaptation rate is lower than the other.Hebei’ technology-play lower stability. Comparatively speaking, Hebei have most prominenttechnical problems, that become a major factor restricting the team.6. Block is the primary means of volleyball victory. In this session, there is a gap betweenHeibei and the others, and as the ranking of the rival changes, the gap becomes bigger,. In theblocking, Hebei is slightly stronger than Henan, Sichuan and Fujian, and have a certain gapbetween Hebei and Tianjin or Zhejiang.7, Winning strategy for the National Games in2013The first goal is to beat Henan and Sichuan and the second goal to beat Fujian. By winningover Fujian, Hebei team can steadily stay among the top eight, and has possibility to gofurther. Tianjin and Zhejiang are the examples that Hebei must learn from, which is a longterm goal. The success experience of Tianjin team leads Hebei to improve the comprehensivetechnical and tactical level. In the future, Hebei will strive for the top six as soon as possible.In order to achieve the trilogy strategic target, Hebei team should do the following importantjobs: firstly, to improve technical training of service and first pass and raise the servingaggression; secondly, to improve the ability of first attack and counterattack; thirdly, to bringthe blocking advatage into full play; finally, to take concrete and effective means to raise thetechnical level of setter players as soon as possible. |
