The culture of any nation, are rooted in certain economic foundation,depends on the specific social and political structure, relying on in thisnational culture spirit, and with other national culture infiltration, blend in thegrowth and development. However, each kind of cultural production, it mustbe the root, the root composition factor or factors gestation and germination inphase dependence of the other things, then forms the basic elements of theculture. As a part of the culture of the Mongolian--the Mongolian traditionalsports culture, also has its produce of incipient factor or factors, these factorsor factors make the Mongolian traditional sports culture of the basic elements.The Mongolian traditional sports of the regional features, to explore the rootof Mongolian sports culture, for further mining and finishing the Mongoliantraditional sports cultural heritage， for the future development of theMongolian traditional sports culture, heritage, and even to the world will helpand promote. Different nations have different natural conditions, differentregional characteristics, different ways of life, different means of livelihood.But they have the same feature that many traditional minority national sportsevents from the need of survival, living made national production, theproduction of life skills. A long traditional sports and extensive mass sports activities is the Mongolian athletic sports development the most solidfoundation. Why the Inner Mongolia autonomous region accounts for only oftotal population of less than20%of the Mongolian, in competitive sports forthe autonomous region won the medal tally is as high as59%?
